These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from RB Digital through our Selar storefront and any other authorized RB Digital account or sales platform, including Gumroad. By purchasing, downloading, or using a product, you agree to these terms.
Products and accounts
RB Digital offers digital books, guides, planners, workbooks, templates, and educational resources. Products may be promoted through authorized social accounts, including TikTok and Facebook/Meta. Only listings linked from an official RB Digital storefront or account should be treated as authorized.
Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Selar, Gumroad, or their payment providers under their applicable terms. Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download link, account access, or purchase email. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to it.
License and acceptable use
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, each purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reproduce for commercial distribution, upload to file-sharing services, remove ownership notices, or claim our work as your own. Educators, organizations, or businesses that need multi-user or commercial rights must obtain written permission.
Educational information
Our nursing and health-related materials are educational study aids and do not replace professional medical advice, clinical judgment, institutional policy, textbooks, licensing requirements, or instructions from a qualified healthcare professional. Home-planning, renovation, construction, design, budget, and measurement materials are general educational resources and do not replace advice from licensed architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, financial professionals, or local authorities. Always verify important decisions with qualified professionals and applicable codes.
Product descriptions and updates
We aim to describe products accurately. Screenshots, examples, page counts, features, and availability may be updated. Minor formatting, cover, filename, or platform changes do not materially change the purchased product. Access to future editions or updates is included only when expressly stated.
Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, refunds are governed by our Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Duplicate charges, corrupted files, missing delivery, or material listing errors should be reported promptly.
Intellectual property
All product content, branding, graphics, text, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of RB Digital or the applicable rights holder. No ownership transfers with a purchase.
Availability and liability
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or misuse. To the extent permitted by law, RB Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of a product or third-party platform. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Third-party services
Selar, Gumroad, payment processors, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, email services, and other providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RB Digital is not responsible for outages or policies controlled by those services.
